Land

Follow the signs for Arrivals and UK Border.

Collect your bags
Pick up any checked luggage in baggage reclaim, then go through customs.

Come out into Arrivals
Walk through the arrivals exit into the public arrivals hall.
Step 5
Go to WHSmith in the arrivals hall
Stay inside the arrivals hall. Your driver waits there holding a board with your name.
Step 6
Walk to the car together
Your driver helps with your bags and takes you to the car.
Don’t follow the signs to the car park pick-up zone
Airport signs point to a pick-up zone in the terminal car park. You don’t need it — your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall.
Landing late at night?
If the shop is closed when you land, your driver still waits in the same spot with your name board. Can’t see them? Call us on +44 20 7118 0110.
Can’t find your driver?

- 2Call your driver on the number in your driver-details email (we send it the day before).
- 3Share your location. When your driver arrives we text you a tracking link — tap Share my location so they can find you.
