From the plane to your driver
Step 1
Land
We track your flight, so your driver knows if you land early or late.
Step 2
Passport control
Follow the signs for Arrivals and UK Border.
Step 3
Collect your bags
Pick up any checked luggage in baggage reclaim, then go through customs.
Step 4
Come out into Arrivals
Walk through the arrivals exit into the public arrivals hall.
Step 5
Go to M&S Simply Food
M&S Simply Food is next to the arrivals hall in the North Terminal. Your driver waits there holding a board with your name.
Step 6
Walk to the car together
Your driver helps with your bags and takes you to the car.
Check you’re at the North Terminal
Your airline decides the terminal, and your driver goes to the one on your booking. Landed at the South Terminal instead? Call us on +44 20 7118 0110 so we can tell your driver. A free shuttle train links the two terminals 24 hours a day (about 2 minutes).
Can’t find your driver?
- 1Stay at M&S Simply Food — your driver is on the way to you, or already looking for you.
- 2Call your driver on the number in your driver-details email (we send it the day before).
- 3Share your location. When your driver arrives we text you a tracking link — tap Share my location so they can find you.
