Concerning the safety of children we do provide FREE Child seats on Estate, MPV-5, MPV7 & MPV-8 vehicles. You must request on the booking. We provide 3 types of child seats Which are Infant seat 10-13KG 6-15 months, Child seat 9-18KG 9 months to 4 years & booster seat 15/25KG 4-11 Years.

For any type of vehicle you can bring your own child seats providing that vehicle able to accommodate your luggage, child seats & passengers. At the end of the journey you should take your own child seats with you. By uk law taxis and private hire i.e. mini-cabs do not need to have all above seats. Similar like public transport.

Please note that the extra charge is going towards the car park payment and the driver and not towards the company profit. If you do not pay the drivers, they will lose that money from their pocket.

We pre-allocate our drivers for their jobs to give customers hassle free journey. When there is one job get extremely delayed there are more chances the drivers would not be able to do their next job because they waited longer and it effects their earnings.

Airports: To avoid paying waiting charges please choose longer time for immigrations and customs for your future bookings. i.e. instead of choosing 75 mins Send After time Choose 90 mins Send After time. If you come out from the baggage collection and immigration early contact our office and we will allocate the driver accordingly.

Places: When picking up from your home, hotel or elsewhere please ensure you leave enough time to get yourself and belongings into the vehicle without delaying the journey time. Simple measures such as selecting pickup 10 minutes earlier provides smoother less stressful rides.

We allocate the vehicle according your booking. If you booked a saloon car and you bring more luggage than you mentioned then we have to re-book another vehicle for your journey. But the saloon car already inside the airport. In this case saloon car driver will lose the car parking charges. But If we already allocated a bigger vehicle we will charge extra according to your extra luggage.

We don’t allow passengers put any luggage on their lap or seat because If you put extra bag on seat and driver brakes there are chances that the bag could hit the driver or the passenger. That cause major problem to the driver and the passenger like accident, breaking bones and the insurance will not cover the incident.
